100 YEARS OF MEMORIES.

YOUR STORY IS PART OF IT.

Close your eyes for a second and think back. Remember the excitement of walking into your first chapter meeting, the early mornings and long days after a judging contest, and the people who made every experience more memorable. Maybe your FFA memories take you back to learning in the greenhouse, raising an animal for the fair, or the laughter on a long van ride. Find the mementos of pins, ribbons, and notes in the pockets of your FFA jacket, coming from the friends who cheered you on, the advisor who believed in you, the moments when everything clicked, and you knew you were exactly where you belonged. That jacket isn’t just an old piece of clothing in a closet, and the memories you have as an FFA member are the reason you still get a little choked up talking about FFA years later.

As we celebrate 100 years of FFA, now it’s your turn. Upload a photo and share the story behind the moments you’ll never forget: “The night I earned that final pin…” or “The FFA memory I’ll carry forever…” Let us share your story and watch the next generation see and feel it too—the pride, the belonging, the nostalgia they’ll feel one day, and the promise that the blue corduroy will serve them well, too.

Once FFA, Always FFA

Show the world why it still matters.

“Reflecting on my own time in the blue jacket has brought up so many cherished memories. From lifelong friendships, to learning hard skills that have served me well professionally, I truly would not be who I am without the foundation FFA set for me.

Dairy judging was especially meaningful for me. That is where I learned the true meaning of teamwork, where I gained confidence, and where my ag teacher became more than just an instructor; he was a coach, a mentor, and someone who believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. I went on to judge in college and have even judged professionally at FFA field days and other small shows.

While the jacket has faded and the ribbons and trophies got put away, the memories will last a lifetime. I can't help but smile when I think about my time in FFA.

Thank you, FFA, for being so transformative for my younger self.”

-Adriana Toste, Past Member of Gustine FFA

“My high school FFA experience was transformative in ways I could never have imagined. It sparked a lifelong love of agriculture, gave me a sense of purpose, and helped me develop skills that continue to shape my personal and professional life today.

But when I look back, my fondest memories are of the people and experiences: the friendships with fellow members, the ag teachers who invested in us, and the countless opportunities to learn, compete, and grow. I especially loved judging teams (now known as Career Development Events), from cotton and dairy cattle to parliamentary procedure and so many others. Those experiences taught lessons that extended far beyond the classroom or competition.

Today, I have the privilege of watching my own children experience FFA. Seeing them discover their passions, build confidence, develop friendships, and grow through the same organization that meant so much to me is incredibly rewarding. It is a powerful reminder that while the world has changed, FFA's ability to shape young lives remains as strong as ever.

Congratulations, California FFA, on 100 remarkable years of growing leaders, building confidence, and changing lives. Here's to the next 100!”
